Founder – Aswin Kumar
Aswin Kumar is the Founder of Vilvam Works, bringing over 15+ years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and project execution across India.
He leads the firm with a strong understanding of local building regulations, approval processes, and construction practices, ensuring every project is both design-driven and practically executable. Aswin specializes in delivering permit-ready drawings, residential and commercial planning, and detailed construction documentation aligned with Indian standards.
With extensive experience working on projects in cities like Chennai and Sivakasi, he understands the importance of climate-responsive design, Vastu considerations, and cost-efficient planning tailored to Indian clients.
His approach focuses on combining creativity with technical clarity—guiding projects from concept to approval with precision, compliance, and efficiency. Under his leadership, Vilvam Works continues to deliver architectural solutions that are functional, buildable, and aligned with the needs of modern Indian living.
Co-Partner – Alaya Ezhilarasan
Alaya Ezhilarasan serves as Co-Founder at Vilvam Works, contributing strategic direction and design coordination across a diverse range of architectural projects.
She plays a vital role in aligning client vision, design intent, and project execution—ensuring every project meets functional requirements while maintaining long-term value and usability. Her collaborative approach strengthens communication between clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the design and documentation process.
Working closely with the founding team, Alaya helps guide projects from initial concept through final documentation, with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and client satisfaction.
