As part of our hiring process, selected candidates are required to complete a technical skill test prior to or during the interview.
This test is designed to evaluate real-world drafting and modeling ability, not theoretical knowledge.

The goal is simple:
Demonstrate how accurately you can understand construction drawings and reproduce them using industry software.

Test Drawing Set-2

Project Type: Residential – Single-Family Residential Building
Drawing Format: Permit / Construction Drawings (PDF)
Software Expected: Chief Architect (Primary)

Test Instructions:
Download the provided drawing set and reproduce the project accurately in Chief Architect. The objective is to match the plans as closely as possible, including layout, dimensions, annotations, and overall organization. During the interview, you may be asked to open the software, review your model, explain your approach, and make minor live edits.
